Return and Refund Policty

We appreciate your purchase. We really hope you enjoy your purchase. However, you may return your item to us for a refund if you are not entirely pleased with it for any reason.
Return Process
Request deadlines for all returns are fourteen (14) days after the purchase date. All products being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and complete with all original tags and labels.
To return an item, please send an email to returns@genuineparts.shop. The shipping company will pickup the product to be returned and the shipping fees will be paid by us.
Please note
- Item must be returned in same condition as new and undamaged
- Product packaging must be unopened (except if the wrong product was shipped by mistake on our side)
- Package labels and seals must not be cut or open
Exception
Electrical and electronic parts cannot be exchanged.
To arrange a refund or exchange for any defective or damaged products, please get in touch with us using the information below.
Refunds
We will conduct your return or exchange once we have received your package and examined the item. After receiving your goods, please give us at least three (3) days to handle your return or exchange. When your return has been handled, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
